Cucusoft iPhone Video Converter is a video converter. The application will convert videos to the formats that are supported by mobile phones. Those formats are usually mp4 and and mpeg4. Obviously, the files that are converted with this application can be played on any platform that supports said formats, but the files will be optimized for playback on the iPhone's small screen. The iPod touch will also be able to play these files, so you don't need to buy a separate conversion solution for your Touch. As usual, you can determine the quality of your conversions to match one of the inbuilt profiles. The file will be converted with the iPhone's display as a target. I like that this application has a preview window which actually resembles the look of an iPhone. Also, the window is the same size of the phone, so you can actually preview exactly how the video is going to look. As far as quality is concerned, the files will be playable on the phone, but don't expect any high definition content. The last version of Cucusoft iPhone Video Converter is the 7.02. However, this review focuses on version 7.
